A three-day workshop dedicated to one of the most captivating challenges in art: the portrait. This course offers a rare opportunity to work from the live model over multiple extended poses, giving you the time and focus needed to develop a fully realized and expressive likeness. Throughout the class, you’ll study the structure of the head and face, learning how form is revealed through planes, value, and light. Instruction will emphasize accurate colour mixing, thoughtful colour design, and confident brushwork to bring vitality and clarity to your painting. Individual feedback and group critiques will support your growth toward greater academic precision and artistic fluency. Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be made in writing to Merrie Curtiss -Fuller at this address, Holly Farm, Brisley Road, Horningtoft, Dereham, Norfolk, NR20 5DS. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of £30. If cancellation is received less than 5 weeks before the start of the course, your deposit will be forfeited. I regret I cannot make refunds for bookings which you cancel after the final balance has been paid. Final balance is due no later than 5 weeks before the course. I reserve the right to cancel the course if insufficient bookings are received, I will inform you of this at the earliest opportunity and in this event the monies will be refundable in full.
